All staff recently completed the online training “Beyond Customer Service: Developing the Relationship and Experience.” As a follow-up to that self-paced online training, staff who are interested are invited to join a “live” training session to continue focusing on customer service together.

During this one-hour session, we will:

  • Exchange ideas regarding customer service strategies.  
  • Share stories of customer service challenges and successes.
  • Identify priority topics for future customer service training. 
Please select the session you plan to attend. You can choose to participate in person or via Zoom. We have a max of 18 in-person places and a minimum of 5.
