Would you like to feel more comfortable delivering hybrid programming? Need some tips regarding the equipment and logistics of planning and delivering a hybrid program at TSCPL? Would you like a chance to talk with other programming staff about hybrid and how it’s going? Join us!
Throughout 2022, ALA’s The Programming Librarian is offering six free webinars on hybrid programming. Programming staff at TSCPL are invited to watch those sessions and then get together to discuss, focusing on application for our programs.
The first TSCPL programming staff discussion is scheduled for Thursday, June 2nd, from 10 – 11 AM. This will be a hybrid discussion with the option to meet in Marvin Auditorium 101B or via Zoom.
To prepare for the discussion, please watch the first two webinars in the Programming Librarian series:
- Hybrid: A New Take on Post-Pandemic Programming (18 1/2 minutes)
- When to Go Hybrid: Determining Which Format Best Fits Your Program (18 3/4 minutes)
We’ll discuss the first two webinars from the Programming Librarian series and there will be time for those who have delivered hybrid programming to share their successes, challenges, and lessons learned. In addition, Lissa Staley will provide an equipment overview based upon her hybrid programming experiences. If you have questions or would like to sign-up to participate in any/all of the sessions, please email Brenda Hough, Staff Development Coordinator.
