Cultivating Workplace Civility
We will discuss and participate in activities that promote courteous and respectful interactions with our co-workers, including colleagues, supervisors, and managers. Workplace interactions may be susceptible to friction when persons perceive things or conduct themselves differently (or incorrectly). We will learn how to appropriately handle these in a professional and collegial manner.
