New process for event equipment

Event equipment is moving to LibCal! It’s the same super easy request system we already use for the Tech ToolBox. The following items in EMS are available in the new system: banners, booths & tents, and  tablecloths.

How event equipment requests will work

Event equipment is for any program that need promotional equipment, like the Monday Farmers Market or a booth at the Home and Garden Show.

  1. Request the equipment in LibCal.
    Under Quick Links, find Checkout Event Equipment
  2. Coordinate with Event Coordinator for equipment that will be used in library events (like Monday Farmers Market) because it might need to be referenced in the event setup notes.
  3. Visit administration to pickup banners & tablecloths
