Claire’s Courtyard Update; Equipment to be on Dock

The weather over the past couple of weeks has been very cooperative and construction crews have made a lot of progress on Claire’s Courtyard.  Footings have been set for the north wall, east wall, trellis columns, and bridge.  Over the next couple of weeks they will continue to work on these structures.  If you haven’t looked at the Claire’s Courtyard lately, you can really start to get a sense of where everything will be and the size of the project.

Equipment on Dock

Starting on Monday, October 1, the construction crews will need to park a piece of equipment on the dock.  They will park in the 15 minute loading / unloading spot that is located next to the ramp.  The equipment will be parked where the van is parked in the picture on the right.  We will still have access to the driveway, the dock, and the ramp.  However, we won’t be able to park in that space while they are there.  They estimate they will have their equipment there for about 3 days and it should be there for 3-4 hours each day.  Once they are done with that piece of equipment for the day, it will be moved.  They will be using the equipment in the mornings, so it should be gone each afternoon.  Thanks!
