Matt Petit and Shannon Eddings will present an overview of our Idea Management software and how we will be using it to improve library services, including the new Tech Zone. We will also have updates on the Library Handbook and MIC Handbook and continue our discussion on United Way and staff charitable giving.

Notes:

• Idea Management Presentation – Matt and Shannon provided a review and demonstration. Idea Management will be utilized going forward.
• Library Handbook – Marie: A friendly reminder that all managers need to submit department overviews.
• United Way Committee – Thad confirmed that United Way (UW) forms will be disbursed. Felicia Hillebert was assigned to oversee fun activities in the latter part of the year. Over the next few months, we will gather ideas on how to handle the larger issue of staff charitable giving.
• MIC Handbook – Thad provided a handout for review, comments, and suggestions.
