Meeting Purpose: Review the 2021 workplan draft and begin to develop specific assignments and deadlines. In addition, we’ll review an overview of the reopen plan and discuss some specifics, including resuming normal hours and staff schedules.

The below items were discussed and reviewed.

  • 2021 Plan – Marie Pyko
    Pyko reviewed strategic priorities and planning templates.
  • Reopening Plan – Thad Hartman
    Hartman provided a review of the reopening plan.
