Stephanie Hall called the July 27, 2017 meeting of the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library Management Council to order at 2:00 PM in the Marvin Auditorium room 101C. She reviewed the meeting purpose and provided an overview of the agenda. Minutes from the June 1, 2017 meeting were posted prior to this meeting. There were no changes to those minutes

Announcements

  • LeAnn Brungardt reported that Youth Services will be changing aquarium maintenance providers at the first of the year
  • Diana Friend that Marketing and Communications is evaluating new project management software called Teamwork, which could replace Basecamp. It has features Basecamp does not.
