Communico Changes

This is a status update on where things currently stand in Communico

Changes the public will notice

  1. The Communico setting that blocks customers from booking library spaces within 3 days has been removed. Example: customers can request same-day meetings.
  2. Maximum capacities and room layouts were updated to meet Shawnee County Health Department’s COVID-19 guidelines. Example: customers can not request boardrooms for more than 10 and the auditorium rooms for more than 40.  Get more details
  3. Select rooms are still unavailable for customers to book (101A, 101AB, 101ABC, team rooms). Example: customers don’t see these rooms at all.
