New Program Book Launch Delay

Unfortunately we need to delay the launch of New Program Book to November 19. While Dave Navarro was working on it this weekend he found several issues that need to be addressed before it can launch. I greatly appreciate the time many of you spent last week reviewing your programs. I reviewed them all on Friday and made some adjustments.

Here’s what you need to do now:

  1. If you need to make a change to a current event (occurring before Nov 19), make that change in OLD Program Book.
  2. If you have an event in November or December that needs registration, please use EventBrite.
  3. Enter your Feb-March 2019 programs in NEW Program Book by Monday, Nov 12. Please use the notes feature if there is something unique/unusual about the program that you want to make sure we know.
  4. If you are entering a recurring event in a library room, I strongly suggest you set the end date as the last date you have the room reserved in EMS. If you leave it open ended you may forget at some point in the future to book your room in EMS.
  5. Once NEW Program Book goes live, any new event you enter will need approval before it goes live. Plan on a maximum of 2-3 days for approval. If you are editing an event that is already published, that change will go live immediately.
  6. The easiest way to find only your programs in NEW Program Book is to select “Mine” at the top left of the events screen. Let me know if you don’t see anything, as a few people who haven’t logged in yet aren’t showing up in the drop-down list for event owner.
