The bookmobile will not be stopping at Villa West until further notice. We are appealing the decision with the owner of the lot, but until we get official permission, we have updated the schedule to accommodate the change. Instead of going to the Villa West Stop the bookmobile will be parked at the Dillons on 29th and Urish. The updated schedule can be found on the library’s website, here. The updated schedule will be active until Saturday June 26th. We have also updated our COVID-19 procedures and currently allow for both staff to be onboard with up to 6 customers. Everyone onboard is still required to wear a mask.
Because of the procedure changes, beginning Monday June 28th, the bookmobiles will switch to a schedule with expanded hours and stops. The schedule is listed below, but does not start until June 28th.

The schedule above doesn’t start until Monday June 28th, so it won’t be up on the website until Saturday or Sunday. We are using the posted schedule currently and didn’t want to confuse customers.

Hi Sandy. I see Dillons North on this schedule and I thought that had changed to Sutherlands. Can you clarify which location the bookmobile will be at for that area? Thanks!

Carrie – Since we no longer have to have enough parking lot space to set up an outside person we can now return to several of our original locations that didn’t suit the previous service model. So, instead of Sutherlands we will be back at Dillons North, and we will return to Brookwood and axe Marketplace. We’re still waiting to hear how Villa West issues will shake out.

Natalie, for right now I would print it off the website. We are still tweaking our schedule and there is a chance the stops could change. As soon as the schedule is stable we will have a nicer copy to hand to customers.
