Enews is published every other week excluding holiday weeks with web articles selected by Communications and Marketing. We skip major holiday weeks because our open rate has been very low on those weeks in the past. We will distribute one the week of Veteran’s Day as that doesn’t seem to be a holiday that most people take extra days off. Below is the current schedule.

Three versions of enews are currently created based on cardholders’ Savannah cluster (their library card use).

1. 1. 1. All adult cardholders except Bedtime Stories & Bright Futures
      2. Bright Futures = cardholders 13-18 years old
      3. Bedtime Stories = adults who primarily check out kids materials
